My husband and I first met Valentina and we managed to clicked off pretty well. She seems to know what we want during the first few meetings. She was also very thoughtful as we shared about our concerns and she gave us practical suggestions for the house.
We love how she helped to check and rectify mistakes for us, especially because she has good relationships with the contractors she engages.
Valentina was also very responsive to our enquiries and we like that she was very upfront about the costs and quotations, with no hidden costs. We even recommended her to a fellow friend and she managed to complete their house renovation before ours!
